Stomatologija 2014; 16 (2): 72-80 367 KB Non surgical treatment of Crouzon Syndrome Cinzia Maspero, Lucia Giannini, Guido Galbiati, Laima Kairyte, Giampietro Farronato Summary Crouzon syndrome is an autosomal dominant disorder with variable expressivity, characterized by skull and facial malformations. Such alterations vary from case to case. Management requires multidisciplinary approach. Two cases of two sisters affected by Crouzon syndrome are described. Treatment was performed by orthopedic and orthodontic devices without surgery. Good esthetics and functional results were obtained. Five-year follow-up records are presented.
